By accessing or using the Bora AI platform ("Service"), including any subdomains, chatbot interfaces, analytics dashboards, or downloadable resources provided by Soosky, Inc. ("Company", "we", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and any other applicable policies.

If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.

2. Description of the Service

Bora AI is a cloud-based, AI-powered marketing analytics tool that allows users to interact with their mobile app and game analytics data using natural language prompts. The platform supports data visualization, reporting, campaign tracking, event analysis, and API integration.

Features may include:

• AI chatbot for querying app analytics
• Dashboard for viewing aggregated KPIs
• Custom reporting and exports
• Client workspaces for agencies

We reserve the right to update or discontinue any part of the Service at our discretion.

3. User Accounts & Access

You may be required to register an account to access Bora AI features. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and updated information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access or use

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

By connecting your data to Bora AI, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process that data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

All intellectual property rights in the Bora platform, content, trademarks, and software are owned by Soosky, Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without prior written consent.

7. Subscription Plans & Payment

Some features of the Service may require a paid subscription. All fees are due in advance and are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change pricing or plan features with 30 days' notice.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• Your subscription lapses
• Required by law or legal process

Upon termination, your access will be revoked, and your data may be deleted in accordance with our retention policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute will be resolved through arbitration in San Francisco County, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms. If changes are material, we will notify users via email or an in-app banner at least 14 days in advance.
